6 Channel SPST High Frequency Signal Relay
MM1205
This highly versatile 6-channel SPST High-Frequency Signal Relay, MM1205, is designed for switching signals in DC, analog, and RF circuits. Its notable features include low on-state resistance, high off-state isolation up to 3 GHz, and exceptional cycle life. The device offers flexible signal routing options, supporting various configurations like dual SP3T, triple SP2T, or a 2 x 3 matrix. It incorporates an integrated driver and control logic circuit with SPI and GPIO interface control and an integrated charge pump to drive the gate. The device operates on 3.3 V and 5 V external supplies only. Each channel can be controlled individually, and multiple devices can be daisy-chained for streamlined operation.
