With an insertion loss of just -1.1 dB at 16 GHz, the MM5622 ensures minimal signal attenuation, providing excellent signal integrity even in high-frequency applications. System-Level Integration and Flexibility

The MM5622 is integrated using System-in-Package (SiP) technology, combining the switch driver and charge pump in a compact form factor.
