40 GHz Surface-Mount Broadband Inductor
AI-0260
Developed and manufactured in-house by Toward Technologies, the AI-0260 is a miniature SMT broadband inductor designed for high-frequency interconnects, RF signal paths, and high-speed I/O applications. Its component-level broadband performance extends up to 40 GHz, helping engineers address signal-integrity challenges caused by parasitics and high-frequency behavior.
The AI-0260 provides a typical inductance of 260 nH, a maximum current of 230 mA, typical S21 of -0.35 dB, and S11 of -20 dB. With compact dimensions of only 1.4*0.9*0.86 mm, it is suitable for space-constrained RF front-end, differential-path, and high-speed circuit designs. Series and shunt S-parameter data are provided to support evaluation across different signal-chain configurations.
