26 GHz SP4T micro-mechanical RF MEMS Switch
MM5130
This is a high-power SP4T micro-mechanical RF MEMS Switch. Our innovative technology enables highly reliable switches capable of greater than 25W forward power. This RF MEMS switch provides ultra-low insertion loss and superior linearity as an SP4T from DC to 18GHz with greater than 3 billion switching cycles.
The MM5130 has an additional Super-Port mode which allows it to function at frequencies up to 26 GHz. This switch is ideal in application where linearity and insertion loss are critical parameters.
